ELMWOOD PARK, NJ – October 2016 – Scott Deutchman, who joined Lee and Associates\u00a0as Vice President in December 2014, recently announced the 7-year lease of 896\u00a0Frelinghuysen Avenue in Newark, New Jersey.<\/p>\n

The deal, in which Lee & Associates represented First Transit Group out of Cincinnati,\u00a0Ohio, encompasses more than 83,000 square feet and will serve as a depot for vehicles\u00a0that transport individuals in the Essex & Union County districts in New Jersey \u2014as First\u00a0Transit is contracted with NJ Transit and a division of Greyhound Bus.<\/p>\n

The owner of the property, CenterPoint Properties, is a leader in\u00a0transportation-advantaged industrial real estate throughout the US, and is located in Oak\u00a0Brook, Illinois. Larry Casey of Cushman & Wakefield represented CenterPoint.<\/p>\n
