\n103,000 square feet of industrial space for their regional distribution center at Heller Park
\nin South Brunswick. Dave Saltzman, Sr. Vice President from Lee & Associates \u2013 New
\nJersey represented the Tile Shop, and negotiated with David Paster from Heller Industrial
\nParks on the agreement for the property.<\/p>\n
