That includes positions at Pantheon Properties and CBRE, where Capetta and Corpuel worked together, having represented landlords, investors, developers and tenants.<\/p>\n<p>Lee &amp; Associates \u2013 WBE\u2019s industrial practice now comprises 24 brokers, the firm said. The latest additions come with a client roster includes CenterPoint, Brookfield, AEW, Whole Foods Market, Unilever, Samsung C&amp;T, Panera Bread, Chefs\u2019 Warehouse, New York City Ballet and Colavita USA, among many others.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLee &amp; Associates\u2019 values, integrity and business acumen align perfectly with our approach to commercial real estate, and we look forward to helping drive the company\u2019s continued success,\u201d said Capetta, whose commercial real estate career spans 38 years and includes millions of square feet in completed transactions nationally. The firm added that his diversified business involves a specialty niche representing food industry clients.<\/p>\n<p>Corpuel, meantime, has more than 30 years of industrial real estate experience, the news release said.
