This was an investment for the client, and the current tenant, The Learning Experience, will remain at that location. This successful\u00a0childcare franchise has locations all over the state, serving and educating children ages 6 weeks to 5 years. \u201cThis is a great deal for the tenant as well as the buyer,\u201d Kelso\u00a0commented, \u201csince it will cause no disruption in the facility\u2019s operation.\u201d<\/p>\n
Another recent transaction managed by Lee & Associates occurred in South Brunswick,\u00a0at 200 Docks Corner Road. This is a massive industrial property, totaling over 300,000\u00a0square feet. The new tenant is US Elogistics Service Corporation, which is involved in\u00a0E-commerce.<\/p>\n
Industrial agent Susan Bossow served as exclusive tenant representative in negotiating\u00a0their lease for the space. Lee & Associates president Rich Marchisio is glad to see tenants like U.S. Elogistics moving into the area.<\/p>\n
