The deal provides it with a foothold in the well-known Raritan Center district \u2014 which is minutes from the New Jersey Turnpike, the Garden State Parkway, Interstate 287 and other highways \u2014 plus modern features such as 32-foot clear ceiling heights, 17 loading docks, EFSR sprinklers and energy-efficient LED lighting.<\/p>\n<p>Lee &amp; Associates\u2019 Claudia Ganas, Monica Franco and Ana Carolina DeAraujo represented the undisclosed tenant in the 88,620-square-foot deal. Vincent Visceglia, vice president of Summit Associates, represented the landlord internally.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe conducted an extensive site search for our client,\u201d Ganas said. \u201cAfter a thorough review of alternatives, 117 Sunfield Avenue\u2019s proximity to the area\u2019s major ports, superior highway access and pristine condition created an ideal leasing scenario.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>She added: \u201cWe were able to close the deal seamlessly while ensuring that all of the tenant\u2019s needs were met.
