The deal will provide the company, a U.S.-based fulfillment center specializing in ecommerce sellers, with immediate access to the New Jersey Turnpike, Route 1 and Interstate 287 from a facility that has four loading doors, 32-foot clear ceiling heights and 42- by 42-foot column spacing.<\/p>\n<p>Lee &amp; Associates\u2019 Jianning Meng represented the tenant in the lease.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis successful transaction meets our client\u2019s functional and logistical requirements and aligns with their immediate and long-term goals,\u201d Meng said. \u201cIt is also a great showcase of the outstanding work by Heller\u2019s management team. The team completed major property improvements \u2014 including office renovations, LED lighting and sprinkler upgrades and parking lot repaving \u2014 all within a tight schedule during the heat of summer.
