Lee & Associates Western PA has been open for less than a year and has quickly built a strong presence in the Pittsburgh real estate market. The firm is thrilled to announce the addition of two talented associates, Hunter Knobloch and Maddie Lucey, to their growing team.
Hunter Knobloch - Associate
Hunter Knobloch will serve as an Associate on our Capital Markets team led by Paul Fedorko and Ross Langford, as part of the Lee & Associates National Investment Services Group. Hunter will provide a wide array of services to both the institutional and private capital markets, including acquisitions, dispositions, underwriting, valuation services, market research, and estate planning. Hunter's primary focus is on Retail Capital markets, specializing in the sale of neighborhood and regional shopping centers, with an additional specialization in NNN investment properties across a national geography.
Hunter's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude in 2023.
Maddie Lucey - Associate
Maddie Lucey brings an enthusiasm and work ethic which will lead to success quickly. With a background in marketing, leasing, and property management, Maddie has showcased her skills through the successful management of her income-producing rental property. Additionally, her experience as an Administrative Assistant at a residential title services company has further enriched her understanding of the real estate landscape.
Maddie graduated with an Associate Degree from the Community College of Allegheny County where she maintained Honors standing. She is currently enrolled full-time at Penn State World Campus, majoring in Business Management with a concentration in Real Estate. Her dedication to education reflects her commitment to staying at the forefront of industry trends.

Established in 1979 in Orange County, California, Lee & Associates has since grown to over 75 offices throughout North America. The brand entered Pennsylvania with the 2015 opening of both Mechanicsburg and Plymouth Meeting offices. Pennsylvania expanded with its third office, located in Pittsburgh, which opened in the spring of 2023. Lee & Associates of Western PA has steadily expanded its presence, bringing a respected and well-known commercial real estate brand to the region.
