JEB BERLIN

JEB Berlin is a Senior Associate at Lee & Associates, a full-service commercial real estate brokerage. He focuses on landlord and tenant representation of office, flex and investment assets in the Greater Pittsburgh region.

While completing his undergraduate studies at The University of Pittsburgh, JEB began his career in commercial real estate by fulfilling a summer internship in CBRE’s Pittsburgh office, where he focused on gaining experience in brokerage across all asset classes ranging from office, to industrial, retail, and capital markets. His acquired knowledge and skill set along with relationships built earned JEB a position as an Associate in CBRE’s Pittsburgh office after completing his Bachelor’s degree. During his time at CBRE, JEB found success in developing new business, worked on tenant representation assignments, and executed lease renewals. Upon joining Lee & Associates in 2025, JEB managed and represented 1.5 million square feet of office space for lease in Pittsburgh’s CBD, Fringe, and University/Tech Sector submarkets. To date, he has completed over 100,000 SF of leasing transactions grossing $12.3 million of revenue for his clients.
