KATIE MEEHAN

Katie Meehan is the Director of Marketing at Lee & Associates of Western Pennsylvania. Her focus is on creating brand awareness throughout the region. Katie simplifies marketing and focuses on brand awareness as well as the user experience - regardless of the medium. She stays on top of trends while remaining true to the fundamentals of marketing and how it relates to human psychology.

Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Katie was the Marketing Manager at Franjo Construction and its three affiliates. As the first and only in-house marketer for the firm, she was responsible for strategy and implementation of all print and digital assets, advertising, website design and content, email marketing, social media, event support, and various culture-related items. During her tenure, the company experienced significant revenue growth.

Her original start in commercial real estate was in 2014 when she joined Langholz Wilson Ellis (now Hanna Langholz Wilson Ellis). She quickly learned the industry and began supporting marketing. By 2019, her drive led her to pursue freelance marketing full-time. She provided consulting, branding, and design services to multiple commercial real estate brokerages, commercial appraisers, real estate developers, and a handful of clients outside of the industry. After missing the team atmosphere, she decided to return to in-house work and joined Franjo in February 2020.
