MARGARET BELL

Margaret Bell currently serves as Vice President of the Lee & Associates Western PA office. She will use her extensive corporate real estate experience to assist companies with multi-market analysis, consulting, and local brokerage requirements with a primary focus on medical and office.

Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Margaret was the Vice President of Real Estate for UPMC. During her 31-year tenure, she was a central part of the real estate strategy as they grew from one facility to a network spanning 40 hospitals, 800 outpatient sites and 2,500 leases with an annual transaction volume of over $100 million. She assisted with all aspects of market and property analysis to determine feasibility of each requirement – whether it was land assemblage, new construction, or building acquisition of all property types including medical, senior living, retail, office, and warehouse.

Notable Transactions Include:

• Land Acquisition for the 175,000 sq ft UPMC Lemieux Sports Complex
• Multi-parcel Property Acquisitions to create 16.7-acre campus of UPMC East Hospital
• Land Acquisitions to create 10-acre campus Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh
