With 20 years of commercial real estate brokerage experience, Trip Ackerman joined Lee & Associates – Atlanta in 2010. A University of Georgia graduate, Ackerman’s interest in commercial real estate began after working in retail and distributing sales. After working for a smaller real estate firm locally, Ackerman joined Bryant and Associates in 2010, one month before the firm became Lee & Associates – Atlanta.
His primary focus is on industrial transactions in the northeast Atlanta and Tucker/Stone Mountain markets, representing both local and national companies. Services provided include tenant and buyer representation as well as dispositions. Ackerman’s business objective is to create long-term relationships by providing clients with an in-depth knowledge of submarkets and current market conditions. The market knowledge, combined with a persistent desire to be a loyal advocate for each client has enabled him to consistently rank as a top producer.
