Allen Eager is a seasoned member of Lee Atlanta’s Investment Sales team with a focus on Multi-Family and Development opportunities. Allen began his real estate career in 2003 and his dynamic approach to the industry aided him in receiving Savannah’s CBT’s Commercial Agent of the Year in 2006 and subsequently his CCIM designation in 2010.
As a Certified Commercial Investment Member, Allen is recognized as an expert in the commercial and investment real estate industry. Allen initially engaged in developing market intelligence for major land developers in the Savannah region. His success in acquiring, entitling, and selling mixed-use, waterfront and hotel projects like Savannah River Landing Project valued at 800MM has provided him with a diverse and extensive background. After the economic downturn in 2008, Allen committed himself to the capital markets building strong relationships with private equity funds and REITs.
After moving to Atlanta in November of 2013, Allen quickly aligned himself with mixed-use, multi-family and single tenant development groups in the early stages of a large-scale roll outs. With these mandates, much of Allen’s efforts focused on identifying new markets, site selection, exploring debt and equity partners in the capital markets and providing financial exists in order to create programmatic long-term relationships forming closed loop financial solutions for his clients.
