ATLANTA, GA – Lee & Associates – Atlanta is proud to be recognized in CoStar’s Q3 2025 Power Broker Quarterly Deal Awards for several standout industrial lease transactions across metro Atlanta.

Among the largest deals of the quarter, Connor Winkler, SIOR, of Lee & Associates represented US E-Logistics in a 633,269-square-foot lease at 1950 Oak Lawn Avenue in the West Fulton Commerce Park. This lease marks the first tenancy for the newly delivered Building 4 and represents the largest industrial lease signed in the Atlanta market during Q3. Winkler worked with Michael Lee, SIOR of City of Industry Lee & Associates office.

Additionally, Lee & Associates brokers Billy Snowden, SIOR and Willie Candler, represented All Strong Industries in their lease of 176,400 square feet at 2155 Breckinridge Boulevard in Lawrenceville. The Georgia-based manufacturer is expanding into the Newpoint Distribution Center, further activating this key Gwinnett County asset.
