ATLANTA, GA – Lee & Associates - Atlanta is pleased to announce the sale of an industrial outside storage (IOS) property located at 3833 Jodeco Road in McDonough, Georgia. The 13.4-acre site, of which approximately 10 acres are usable, includes a 12,000-square-foot heavy industrial facility and was acquired by Dalfen Industrial.

Lee Steed of Lee & Associates Atlanta represented Dalfen Industrial in the acquisition. As part of the transaction, a long-term sale leaseback was negotiated with the seller, creating a stable income-generating investment and a strategic addition to Dalfen’s growing IOS portfolio.
