BRASELTON, GA – Lee & Associates is pleased to announce the completion of a 222,618-square-foot industrial lease at 984 Broadway Ave. in Braselton, Georgia.
Seojin Global has secured the full 222,618 SF Building 3 at 85 Braselton Logistics Center for a new distribution operation serving the greater Atlanta region. The company manufactures aluminum cases and cabinet systems used across telecom, server, automotive, and energy storage applications. Seojin Global operates as the U.S. subsidiary of South Korea-based Seojin System.
Craig Viergever, SIOR, of Lee & Associates – Atlanta and Jason Um of Lee & Associates – Detroit represented the tenant in the transaction. Nathan Anderson and Darren Butler of NAI Brannen Goddard represented the landlord.
