Matthew Reynolds has been promoted to Executive VP/Principal at Lee & Associates – Atlanta. Matthew is the youngest Executive Vice President/Principal in Atlanta and one of the youngest EVPs/Principals across Lee & Associates’ nationwide network of offices. Matthew has recently been recognized as the firm’s “Top Director” in 2024 and the youngest Principal in 2024. He continues to rapidly produce within the firm, specializing in warehousing, distribution, and manufacturing assignments throughout Atlanta’s industrial market. Reynolds has closed over $130M across ±2.3 MSF in transaction volume throughout his last two years at Lee & Associates. His strong work ethic and results continue to contribute meaningfully to the firm’s continued growth and success.
