Lee & Associates Boston Welcomes Patrick Plante to Corporate Solutions Team

Lee & Associates Boston is excited to announce that Patrick Plante has joined the Corporate Solutions team as a Senior Associate. Patrick will focus on Buyer and Tenant Representation and developing long-term partnerships in order to best help translate a company’s unique business goals and objectives into a comprehensive and strategic real estate plan. 

Over the past 10 years, Patrick has worked for Massachusetts based tech startups, mid-sized and large companies managing their corporate real estate and facilities, leading negotiations, providing growth and strategy planning and spearheading multiple build-out/expansion projects. His most recent experience was with CyberArk Software in Newton, MA where he planned and executed a 32,000 SF HQ expansion that involved the temporary relocation of 170 employees.  

Patrick’s first-hand knowledge and experience makes him a valuable asset to his clients because he recognizes and understands the pain points and obstacles they may face with a growing or changing business. Patrick’s skills give him the ability to proactively advise companies in these areas and work with his clients to create a winning strategy that also maximizes value and savings.

Patrick is a US Army Infantry Combat Veteran who served in Afghanistan and later earned his BS in Business Management and Operations at Champlain College in Burlington, VT.
