Lee & Associates Boston Announces Addition of Jake Heger as Director
Lee & Associates Boston is pleased to announce the addition of Jake Heger as Director at the firm’s Boston office. In this role, Heger will further strengthen our firm’s capabilities in serving office and industrial clients throughout the region’s northern suburban markets.
Jake brings nearly a decade of commercial real estate experience, having previously represented one of the region’s largest landlords, where he was responsible for leasing an 11 million square foot portfolio. At Lee & Associates Boston, he advises tenants, landlords, and investors on strategic real estate solutions that align with their financial and operational objectives.

Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Jake held roles including Leasing Officer at Cummings Properties and Real Estate Salesperson with Keller Williams Realty. His career has centered on delivering high-impact results for office and industrial users.

Jake holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Endicott College. He resides in Newbury, MA with his family, and enjoys golfing and exploring North Shore restaurants.
