Biography
Jake Heger serves as a Director for Lee & Associates Boston and brings nearly a decade of experience in real estate, having represented one of the region's largest commercial landlords, where he was responsible for leasing an 11 million square foot portfolio. Jake works primarily with office and industrial users throughout Boston's northern suburban market, advising tenants, landlords, and investors on real estate strategies that support their financial and operational objectives.
Jake resides in Newbury, MA with his wife Christina and their two children. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, and trying new restaurants throughout the North Shore.
