Dallas, TX — Week of 8/27/18 — Lee & Associates Dallas/Fort Worth, one of the largest privately owned national real estate firms, has completed the following new commercial real estate transactions.

1. Mark Graybill & Colton Rhodes of Lee & Associates Dallas/Fort Worth represented the buyer, Hyborean Inc, in a 15,541 SF a Sale on 2521 Dalworth, Grand Prairie, TX 75050.  The seller, TKO Enterprises, was represented by Robert Stanzel of NAI Robert Lynn.
2. Brett Lewis and George Tanghongs of Lee & Associates Dallas/Fort Worth represented the Landlord in the 10,500 SF Lease at 2840 Guilder Drive, Plano, TX 75074.  The Tenant, Hobart AVL & Event Rentals, was represented by Tyler Tillery of NAI Robert Lynn.
3. Brett Lewis and George Tanghongs of Lee & Associates Dallas/Fort Worth represented the Landlord, Colony Capital, Inc. in the 10,852 SF lease renewal at 319 Hilltop Dr., Richardson, TX. The Tenant was North Park Management Company.
4. Brett Lewis and George Tanghongs of Lee & Associates Dallas/Fort Worth represented the Owner, Geomap Company, a Texas Corporation, in a 9.14 acres land sale on 14th Street, Plano, TX 75074. The purchaser, SAI Outreach for Up Lifting Society, (SOULS) was represented by Global Realty.
5. Phil Rosenfeld and Matt Thompson of Lee & Associates Dallas/Fort Worth represented the Landlord, Tarrant County Properties, LLC, in a 20,000 SF lease renewal to Woody Butts, Inc. who was represented by Kim Martin of the Kim Martin Company, at 3451 Dalworth Street, Arlington, TX.
