- Stephen Williamson of Lee & Associates Dallas/Fort Worth represented the Buyer, Dun-Ken Properties, in the purchase of 9,936 square feet at 1262 Round Table Drive, Dallas, TX. The Seller, Peterson Management, LLC, was represented by Turner Peterson and Jeremy Mercer of Mercer Companies.
- Reed A. Parker of Lee & Associates Dallas/Fort Worth represented the Buyer, School Excess, in a 30,000 SF purchase of 4504 Bronze Way, Dallas, TX 75236. The Seller, RCC Development, was represented by Canon Shoults and Maddy Canty of Holt Lunsford Commercial.
