Whit Traweek is an industrial real estate broker who works with property owners, investors, and businesses on leasing, buying, and selling industrial properties.
He takes a relationship-first approach to the business and spends most of his time working alongside clients to understand what they actually need, not just what’s on the surface. From there, he helps them make smart, practical decisions, whether that’s finding the right space, repositioning a property, or identifying opportunities others might miss.
Whit comes from a marketing background, which shows up in how he thinks about positioning deals and creating value, not just listing properties. He’s known for being responsive, easy to work with, and straightforward throughout the process.
He’s licensed in both South Carolina and North Carolina and graduated from Clemson University in 2023 with a degree in Marketing.
Outside of work, you can find Whit volunteering with his church, golfing, or watching sports.
