Biography
Eric Ettesvold is an Associate with Lee & Associates LLC, specializing in commercial investment sales and leasing throughout the Magic Valley and across Idaho.
Since entering commercial real estate in 2019, Eric has developed a comprehensive understanding of commercial property through experience in both property management and brokerage. Prior to transitioning to brokerage in 2023, he served as a Commercial Real Estate Manager in Twin Falls, overseeing property operations, financial performance, maintenance, tenant relations, and leasing for commercial assets.
Eric’s background provides clients with a practical, ownership-focused perspective on commercial real estate. He advises property owners, investors, and businesses on acquisition and disposition strategies, leasing, asset positioning, and market opportunities, with an emphasis on maximizing value and achieving measurable results.
With more than three decades of experience in the Twin Falls market and extensive knowledge of Southern Idaho’s business community, Eric brings a strong network of relationships and a deep understanding of the region’s commercial real estate landscape.
Before entering commercial real estate, Eric traveled extensively throughout Europe and is an accomplished culinarian and artisan cheesemaker. He is also a Scottish Highland Game State Champion. Outside of work, he enjoys strength sports, hiking, and drone photography.
