Biography
Nick Petrov is an Associate at Lee & Associates Idaho, LLC, specializing in commercial real estate throughout Canyon County. His practice focuses on land, industrial, retail, and investment properties, where he works to provide clients with thoughtful market insight and a practical approach to their real estate needs.
Nick graduated from Boise State University in 2026 with a Bachelor of Business Administration and a minor in Entrepreneurship. Prior to attending Boise State, he studied at Concordia University Irvine, where he was a member of the lacrosse team.
Drawn to the growth and opportunity throughout the Treasure Valley, Nick is committed to building lasting relationships and developing a strong understanding of the markets he serves. He approaches each assignment with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to responsive service. His goal is to help clients make well-informed real estate decisions while creating long-term value through every transaction.
Outside of commercial real estate, Nick enjoys Boise’s active outdoor lifestyle. In his free time, he can often be found river surfing at the Boise River Whitewater Park, golfing, fishing, or staying active.
