Ben Litsey is an associate at Lee & Associates Idaho, LLC, a full-service commercial real estate brokerage and member of the Lee & Associates group of companies. He started out small, buying, renovating and leasing properties himself. Doing so taught him the fundamentals of not only construction but also investing and property management. He has gone on to amass a diverse multi-family portfolio spanning several states. Ben focuses on industrial, multi-family, investment sales and leasing.

Ben graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in Bioresource Engineering. He went on to work in the mining and heavy civil industries both stateside and abroad, including building the world’s largest underground dam. His attention to detail, analytical problem-solving skills and unrelenting determination serve both him and his clients well.

Ben has always thrived on challenges and adventures. One of his more notable adventures was riding his motorcycle solo from the U.S. to the southernmost tip of Argentina and back, covering 30,000 miles over the course of seven months.

When not helping his clients, Ben can be found enjoying the backcountry of Idaho with his family.
