DREY CAMPBELL

Drey Campbell, PhD, is a Principal with Lee & Associates Idaho, LLC.  Drey’s education, past career, and deep roots in the Treasure Valley help him serve clients effectively while building longstanding relationships. Drey’s passions involve multifamily assets, property development, value-add investments, and finding off-market deals for clients. Drey is also a commercial real estate investor, which gives him key insights.

Drey has averaged over 40 transactions per year during his career and has assisted a large spectrum of institutional and local clientele. His driven follow-up and ability to negotiate in stressful situations has resulted in his client's obtaining success. In the last three years, Drey has facilitated the sale and leasing of more than five million square feet of commercial real estate, representing clients and investors both in and out of the state. Drey is the highest reviewed commercial agent on Google in Idaho, a member of the National Multifamily Housing Council, a ULI Idaho committee member, on the CCIM Idaho Board, and an Idaho Realtor State Political Coordinator. Drey also hosts the CREducation Podcast, with a focus on the commercial real estate industry in the greater Boise, Idaho area.

Most recently, Drey Campbell was named one of the “Top Commercial Real Estate Influencers” in 2023 by CREi and has received awards annually from Crexi and Loopnet.  Drey has also received Idaho Business Review’s “Accomplished Under 40” Award, Empire Title and Escrow’s “Top Real Estate Agent in Volume Closed” Award, and Boise Young Professionals 2021 Entrepreneur of the Year. Beyond brokerage, Drey is actively involved in several philanthropic efforts, including Pathways in Education, The House Next Door, Stanton Healthcare, Interfaith Sanctuary, and The Vineyard Church.
