Nicole McColly joined Lee & Associates Idaho in 2025, bringing over a decade of real estate experience and a strong operational foundation to the firm. With a background in residential real estate, Nicole has spent years serving as a trusted executive assistant to top-producing agents—mastering the critical systems that keep transactions seamless, efficient, and client-focused.
Known for her attention to detail and proactive administrative leadership, Nicole specializes in transaction coordination, database management, client communications, schedule management, and marketing. Her multifaceted expertise ensures high-volume workflows run smoothly from listing to close. Nicole earned her Bachelor of Science degree and is dedicated to driving operational excellence across commercial sales and leasing operations.
Outside the office, Nicole enjoys spending time outdoors, gardening, riding bikes, traveling, and making memories with her husband and daughter.
