Parker Brakebill

Parker Brakebill is an Associate at Lee & Associates Idaho, LLC, a full-service commercial real estate brokerage and member of the Lee & Associates network of companies. He specializes in the sale, acquisition, and leasing of multifamily, office, industrial, retail and commercial investment properties throughout Idaho.

In his first two years as an Associate, Parker has completed over seventy transactions, representing investors, business owners, landlords, and tenants across a wide range of transactions. His experience includes multifamily investment sales, office and medical office investment sales, owner-user acquisitions and dispositions, and leasing assignments focused on stabilizing vacant space and helping businesses identify and secure locations that meet their operational needs.

Parker’s approach is grounded in strong market knowledge, detailed financial analysis, and a deep understanding of investment fundamentals. His underwriting and analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to effectively negotiate allow him to provide thoughtful, strategic guidance throughout each transaction. Parker began his career with Lee & Associates Idaho as a summer intern during his junior year of college. Prior to beginning his career in commercial real estate, he spent two years playing junior hockey in Canada before competing as a four-year NCAA Men’s Ice Hockey student-athlete at the State University of New York at Fredonia where he graduated Cum Laude. His experience competing at a high level has carried into his career in commercial real estate, shaping a disciplined, competitive, and results-oriented approach to serving his clients.
