Biography
RJ began building his foundation in commercial real estate during college, interning with Personify Financial and Dave Evans Construction. These experiences provided him with a strong understanding of cash flow modeling, financial analysis, and project evaluation—skills he now leverages to guide clients in both leasing and investment sales. At Lee & Associates, RJ primarily focuses on the Canyon County market, where he represents clients in the leasing, acquisition, and disposition of commercial assets and development land. His analytical approach, combined with local market knowledge, allows him to deliver strategic insight and value-driven solutions tailored to each client’s objectives.
