Robin Ford serves as Director of Brokerage Operations with Lee & Associates Idaho, where she oversees and supports daily operations of the brokerage, working closely with brokers and industry partners keeping transactions and business processes organized and efficient. With a background in commercial real estate, transaction coordination, and client services, Robin brings strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a relationship-focused approach to her role.

Outside of work, you will see Robin camping, biking, and spending time outdoors! Robin is passionate about giving back through volunteer and fundraising efforts with Breakthrough T1D, helping raise awareness and support for research towards the ultimate goal of a world without Type 1 Diabetes.
