MATTHEW ARGUELLO

Matthew Arguello is an Associate at Lee & Associates Nashville with a primary focus on industrial real estate throughout Middle Tennessee. He represents owners, investors, landlords, and tenants by providing market insight and strategic guidance to help clients achieve their commercial real estate goals.

Matthew began his commercial real estate career with Lee & Associates' Newport Beach office, where he worked under a Senior Vice President and Principal, gaining experience in all aspects of commercial real estate including, market analysis, property valuations, property sale and leasing, tenant representation, and building valuable relationships within the industry. In the summer of 2025, Matthew joined Lee & Associates Nashville as an Intern, where he gained firsthand knowledge of the Middle Tennessee commercial real estate market and further developed his analytical and brokerage experience.

Matthew earned a B.S. in Finance from California State University, Long Beach. His analytical background and commercial real estate experience enable him to deliver strategic guidance and informed solutions for his clients.

Outside of work, Matthew enjoys golf, fishing, country music, being outdoors, and spending time with family and friends.
