Brian Lynch is Co-founder, CEO and Principal of Lee & Associates’ New Jersey office. Brian founded Commercial Realty Associates in 1995 and was the sole proprietor of this multifaceted boutique firm providing landlord representation, property management, and construction management services to small and mid-sized companies. Realizing the need to expand his services to his clients, Brian founded CRA Architecture and Design in 2007. As a New Jersey commercial real estate professional with more than 25 years in the business, Brian has developed unique experience resolving issues related to distressed real estate including settlements connected with environmental contamination, financial infeasibility and market obsolescence as well as significant experience with value-added investments.
