Jason has been working in the commercial real estate industry for over fourteen years. As a founding principal of Lee & Associates – New Jersey, he personally oversees day to day operations and takes great pride in having shaped the current environment. Rick Marchisio is Co-Founder and President & Principal of Lee & Associates New Jersey offices. As a New Jersey industrial real estate professional with over 23 years of experience, Rick has guided clients through all aspects of the acquisition and disposition of industrial property throughout New Jersey. Recognizing a void, and hence a need for a full service commercial real estate services provider serving the needs of middle and upper middle market corporations and property owners in New Jersey was the catalyst for joining forces with Co-founder Brian Lynch to open Lee & Associates in New Jersey in early 2009.

HISTORY:

Prior to opening the Lee & Associates New Jersey office, Rick served as Executive Vice President and Managing Director of Grubb & Ellis Company New Jersey. His tenure as both a broker and as Managing Director with Grubb & Ellis stems back to early 1996. During the later half of this period of time he was responsible for all the company’s service lines including brokerage, property management, consulting and project and construction management. Bob Shuster started his industrial real estate career in 1972 with Archie Schwartz Company. His responsibilities encompassed Bergen, Essex, Passaic and Morris Counties. Crista Governara is the Vice President & Partner at Lee & Associates – New Jersey. Dave Saltzman is a Partner at Lee & Associates of New Jersey, with over 35 years of experience in the leasing & sale of industrial properties. BIO:

With more than 30 years of experience in banking, capital markets and real estate investment and development, Gary has sourced, underwritten and structured/negotiated more than $8.0 billion worth of commercial real estate transactions throughout his career. In addition, he has closed over $1.5 billion in joint venture transactions with several of the most prestigious institutional investment groups in the U.S. As a former Principal of a northeast regional investment and development company, Gary brings a unique and valued perspective in helping his clients achieve their real estate objectives.

Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Gary served as Managing Director in the Northeast Capital Markets Group of Transwestern focusing on capital markets transactions in the Tri-state area. Before that, Gary was a Principal with Llenrock Advisors where he was responsible for providing investment banking services for the firm’s private client group and sourcing and evaluating principal transactions on office, industrial, residential, hospitality and mixed-use properties. Prior to that, Gary was Managing Director of capital markets and acquisitions for one of the Northeast’s premier, privately-held investment platforms. He managed investment risk analysis, sourced, negotiated and documented transactions, held primary relationship responsibilities with the company’s institutional investment partners and financial institutions, chaired the investment due diligence committee and was a member of the company’s investment and management committees. During this time, he closed in excess of $6 billion worth of acquisitions, development projects, and debt and equity placements. Gary began his career in banking with Marine Midland Bank (HBSC), State Street Bank and Bank of New York, sourcing and closing more than $2 billion of structured finance facilities.

EDUCATION:

Gary received a Bachelor’s Degree from St. John Fisher College in Political Science and English, and an MBA in Finance from Miami University.

Jerry Joseph is a new affiliate to the team at Lee & Associates. Mr. Joseph’s high quality communal skills and client relations manifests themselves uniformly into his business ventures. Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Ken was a Senior Vice President and Senior Acquisitions Officer for Falcon Real Estate in New York, a private equity advisory and asset management company. Over the past 17 years he advised off-shore investors in the purchase of U.S. real estate assets. He was responsible for property acquisitions and international money raising efforts. With a focus on the East Coast, Ken has been responsible for property acquisitions in New York City, New Jersey, Washington DC, Boston, Atlanta, Miami and their immediate suburban areas.

Mr. Malmstone joined Lee & Associates New Jersey in 2016 as the office’s first Real Estate Analyst. Michael Schaible joined Lee & Associates in June of 2009 as Senior Vice President of the New Jersey Industrial Brokerage Division. Susan Bossow brings 30 years of in-depth experience in commercial real estate and specializes in industrial property leasing and sales.

Bossow has a long history of industrial property experience. BIO:

With more than 30 years of experience in banking, capital markets and real estate investment and development, Gary has sourced, underwritten and structured/negotiated more than $8.0 billion worth of commercial real estate transactions throughout his career. In addition, he has closed over $1.5 billion in joint venture transactions with several of the most prestigious institutional investment groups in the U.S. As a former Principal of a northeast regional investment and development company, Gary brings a unique and valued perspective in helping his clients achieve their real estate objectives.

Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Gary served as Managing Director in the Northeast Capital Markets Group of Transwestern focusing on capital markets transactions in the Tri-state area. Before that, Gary was a Principal with Llenrock Advisors where he was responsible for providing investment banking services for the firm’s private client group and sourcing and evaluating principal transactions on office, industrial, residential, hospitality and mixed-use properties. Prior to that, Gary was Managing Director of capital markets and acquisitions for one of the Northeast’s premier, privately-held investment platforms. He managed investment risk analysis, sourced, negotiated and documented transactions, held primary relationship responsibilities with the company’s institutional investment partners and financial institutions, chaired the investment due diligence committee and was a member of the company’s investment and management committees. During this time, he closed in excess of $6 billion worth of acquisitions, development projects, and debt and equity placements. Gary began his career in banking with Marine Midland Bank (HBSC), State Street Bank and Bank of New York, sourcing and closing more than $2 billion of structured finance facilities.

EDUCATION:

Gary received a Bachelor’s Degree from St. John Fisher College in Political Science and English, and an MBA in Finance from Miami University.

Jerry Joseph is a new affiliate to the team at Lee & Associates. Mr. Joseph’s high quality communal skills and client relations manifests themselves uniformly into his business ventures. Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Ken was a Senior Vice President and Senior Acquisitions Officer for Falcon Real Estate in New York, a private equity advisory and asset management company. Over the past 17 years he advised off-shore investors in the purchase of U.S. real estate assets. He was responsible for property acquisitions and international money raising efforts. With a focus on the East Coast, Ken has been responsible for property acquisitions in New York City, New Jersey, Washington DC, Boston, Atlanta, Miami and their immediate suburban areas.

Ken was responsible for all aspects of property acquisition including sourcing, due diligence, negotiating and execution. Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Kyle Janoczkin graduated from Rutgers University with a degree in Communications. Mr. Malmstone joined Lee & Associates New Jersey in 2016 as the office’s first Real Estate Analyst. He provides an objective and pragmatic approach to real estate valuation consulting, underwriting, lease abstracting and market due diligence services to the firm’s institutional and private clients on behalf of the office’s brokers and Structured Finance / Investment Sales group. Prior to that, Michael was a Financial Analyst for Boston Capital, the nation’s largest owner of apartment properties. Michael Schaible joined Lee & Associates in June of 2009 as Senior Vice President of the New Jersey Industrial Brokerage Division. Having begun his career as an industrial broker with the Charles Klatskin Company in 1980, Michael spent the next 27 years expanding and deepening his skill set in every phase of commercial real estate development, finance and marketing. Susan Bossow brings 30 years of in-depth experience in commercial real estate and specializes in industrial property leasing and sales.

Bossow has a long history of industrial property experience. Prior to joining Lee & Associates, NJ, Bossow served as a Vice President for Weichert Commercial and prior to that, the bulk of her career was spent at SBWE – a position she held for more than two decades. BIO:

Troy Wisse joined Lee & Associates full time in 2016 after interning with the company. Mr. Wisse specializes in industrial real estate brokerage. His excellent interpersonal skills and determined mindset adds value to the industrial team at Lee & Associates. Mr. Wisse’s outgoing personality adds to his effectiveness in establishing relationships with tenants and owner’s in the industrial market through cold calling and door-to-door canvassing to generate new business for the team. In just a short time in the industry, Troy’s work ethic has led him to close multiple deals on both the tenant representation and landlord representation sides.

Prior to joining Lee & Associates Troy attended West Virginia University where he received a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration. While majoring in Business Management with an emphasis on Entrepreneurship, Troy took an interest to commercial real estate brokerage. The entrepreneurial approach to real estate brokerage led him to Lee & Associates as an intern, and upon graduation, a full time employee.

BIO:

Yareli has been a part of LRM, LLC for 4 years as a maintenance supervisor. As the Assistant Property Manager she handles much of the maintenance and leasing for LRM as well as being actively involved in the day-to-day operation of the 17 properties the company currently manages. She has gained extensive experience with property management software. Yareli is responsible for overseeing the vendors’ performance of maintenance on these properties. She also provides exceptional service to all current residents, future residents and internal team members. Other duties involve ensuring the unit terms are completed correctly, cost effectively and on time; supplies are ordered, received, and inventoried and risk management assessments are completed.
