Jason is a founding principal of the Lee & Associates - New Jersey offices. In his 30+ years of commercial real estate experience, he has represented the interests of landlords, developers, lenders, investors and tenants in New Jersey and the tri-state area. In his career, Jason has participated in over $200,000,000 of real estate transaction value.

In addition to brokerage, Jason oversees office operations, development of newer agents, integrated services including lease administration and property management and the implementation of technology platforms. He has overseen the management of over 4,000,000 square feet of office, industrial, healthcare, mixed use and other asset types. He is active in marketing and disposing of distressed assets, REO properties, loans and other commercial investment property. He has acted as a court appointed rent receiver in Hudson, Bergen, Essex, Passaic, Union, Middlesex and Mercer counties and is a member of the National Association of Office and Industrial Properties (NAIOP) and the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
