Biography
Nick joined Lee & Associates – Orange in 2024. Prior to joining, Nick worked as an Associate with the Lee & Associates – Seattle office while attending the University of Washington. During his time in Seattle, he completed numerous sale and lease transactions for both institutional and private clients.
Nick specializes in industrial and commercial property in Orange County and the surrounding submarkets. He represents sellers, landlords, tenants, and buyers. Nick provides his clients with unparalleled market knowledge, exceptional communication skills, and creative problem-solving.
In 2025, Nick’s performance earned him recognition as the top-producing associate across all Lee & Associates Orange County offices and a top-9 producing agent among the 53 agents at Lee & Associates – Orange.
Nick is a graduate of the University of Washington, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Finance. During his time at Washington, Nick was consistently awarded Dean’s List honors and was an active member of the Husky Sales Program.
