Bart studied Finance and Real Estate at Texas Christian University, where he developed a strong foundation in financial analysis, capital markets, and commercial real estate strategy. Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Bart gained valuable experience through internships with leading real estate firms, including CBRE, Buchanan Street Partners, Stream Realty Partners, and Shea Properties.
Born and raised in Southern California, Bart has a deep familiarity with the region and its industrial real estate markets, giving him a unique advantage when advising clients. He focuses on representing buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants throughout the Mid-Counties and Orange County markets.
