Biography
Since joining Lee & Associates – Orange in 2019, Daniel Son has worked alongside John Son representing clients in a variety of commercial real estate transactions. He focuses primarily on industrial properties in the Mid-Counties and North Orange County markets, where he’s developed a deep understanding of market trends, property values, and tenant requirements.
In addition to his industrial expertise, Daniel has successfully handled office and retail assignments, giving him a broad perspective across multiple property types. His transaction experience includes owner-user and investment sales as well as landlord and tenant representation.
