Greg Diab, Jack Haley and Tom Gilmer successfully negotiated on behalf of the landlord, the Hahnfield Family Trust, and Josh Reilly of Lee & Associates Long Beach, represented the tenant, A Point of View Research.
“The new tenant consolidated operations at four locations into this ‘one-of-a-kind,’ high-image corporate headquarters to be more efficient,” says Diab. The property features approximately 27,942-square-feet of office and warehouse space on 1.54 acres of land.
