PERRIS, Calif. – November 9, 2016 – Lee & Associates Orange represented the buyer in the sale of a 309,278-square-foot industrial building located at 3407 & 3411 N. Perris Blvd in Perris, CA, which sold for $15.4 million.
Principal Allen C. Buchanan and Associate Joshua K. Harper, of the Orange office of Lee & Associates, the largest broker-owned commercial real estate firm in North America, represented the buyer, Double Run, LP. PV Perris, LLC was represented by Doug Mack and Matt Pourcho of CB Richard Ellis.
“The purchase was to perfect a tax deferred exchange for the buyer who recently sold a manufacturing building in Los Angeles,” said Buchanan. “The property is occupied by two tenants and has 10 acres of expansion land.”
