ORANGE, CA – February 21, 2018 – The Orange office of Lee & Associates has closed a $4.45 million sales transaction for the Coronado Plaza property, which consists of two freestanding industrial buildings that total 39,390-square-feet located at 1085-1095 N. Main Street in Orange, Calif. Allen C. Buchanan and Joshua Harper of Lee & Associates Orange successfully represented both the seller Ball Road Corporation and the buyer Harvard 826 Property, LLC.
Lee & Associates Orange worked in conjunction with Ten-X to procure a buyer through the auction process. Harvard 826 Property, LLC was motivated by a tax-deferred exchange and bought the property with the intention of holding the buildings long term. A part of the appeal was the potential of multi-family re-development in the future.
