Biography
Nick Tezak joined Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc. – Orange in 2019. Specializing in the leasing, purchasing and selling of industrial buildings on behalf of property and business owners throughout the Mid-Counties region. Upon completion of his MBA in Business Administration (2014), Mr. Tezak dedicated his time as an account executive in various B2B sales roles throughout the Los Angeles area. In September of 2023, Nick was honored to achieve the status of Principal and part owner at the aforementioned Lee & Associates office. Mr. Tezak is a highly motivated individual seeking to provide top market knowledge and the utmost attention to detail in all aspects of transactions and business relationships.
