Lee & Associates, the largest broker-owned commercial real estate firm in North America, announces the addition of a property management division to its Pasadena, California office. The team will serve Southern California’s Los Angeles, Orange, and San Bernardino regions. Their expertise spans multiple commercial asset classes, including office, mixed-use, retail, multifamily, medical, and industrial.
Christopher Larimore will lead Lee & Associates Pasadena Property Management as President. A 20-year industry veteran and founding principal of Lee & Associates Pasadena, Larimore will continue to excel in commercial real estate sales and leasing while providing strategic leadership to his team, fostering client relationships, and managing overall operations.
Tish Childs, a seasoned property management professional with over 18 years of experience, will serve as Director of Property Management. As a key leader in the company, Childs will develop operational procedures. She will also focus on strategies to enhance property revenue, customer service, and team cohesion.
