Christopher Larimore and Vincent Molitor of Lee & Associates – Pasadena represented the Buyer, 4 Jet Num LLC, in a sale transaction of five industrial condos at 1681, 1685 and 1693 West Arrow Route in Upload. These five condos sold for $3,800,000 on September 28.
Lee & Associates – Pasadena agent Chris Johnson sold a 3,329 SF office building at 631-633 N. Azusa Avenue in Azusa for $1,080,000. He represented the Buyer, Dr. Thear Bun, in this transaction with the Seller, Ovada LLC.
Lee & Associates – Pasadena brokered the sale of 4.93 acres of land at 690 N. State Street in San Jacinto for $725,000. Jamie Harrison and Chris Manassero represented the Seller, Circle City Plaza, in this successful transaction that closed on September 23.

Chris Johnson of Lee & Associates – Pasadena leased a 2,380 SF office space at 253 San Gabriel Boulevard in Pasadena. He represented both the Landlord, McCutchan Family, LLC, and the Tenant, Mancia Dream Chasers, Inc., in this transaction that closed on September 13.

Lee & Associates – Pasadena agent Chris Johnson represented the Tenant, Lincus, Inc., in the lease transaction of a 2,112 SF office suite at 222 E. Huntington Drive in Monrovia. This successful deal closed on September 13.
