Navy Federal Credit Union has operated at this location since 1992 (26 years) reflecting their success at this location. The tenant recently renewed their lease for an additional 10 years, extending the term through May of 2028, reaffirming their commitment to the site.

The property is centrally situated within Oceanside’s Rancho Del Oro business park, which is known for its heavy population of industrial, bio-tech and manufacturing companies. The area serves as home to some of the industry’s biggest names such as Genentech, FedEx, Gilead, Hydranautics, Coca-Cola, Titleist, and many more.
