San Marcos, CA – June 18, 2025– The Little Dragovic Team at Lee & Associates – North San Diego County has successfully negotiated the lease of a 17,403-square-foot freestanding industrial/flex building located at 1655 S. Rancho Santa Fe Rd. in San Marcos, California. The lease was valued at $4,522,612.

 

Strategically located within the La Costa Meadows submarket, the single-tenant flex building is currently being utilized as a daycare and preschool education center, featuring a series of classrooms, offices, and an outdoor children’s play area. The facility is part of the La Costa Meadows Business Center, a roughly 158,000-square-foot multi-tenant project consisting of industrial, flex, and office suites.
