Eric von Bluecher is a Partner with Lee & Associates’ North San Diego County office and a member of the San Diego Multifamily Group, specializing exclusively in the sale and acquisition of multifamily apartment communities throughout San Diego County. His practice focuses on 16–100 unit properties countywide, with selective representation of 4–15 unit assets in North County, representing both private and institutional clients. Since entering the industry in 2013, Eric has built a reputation for disciplined underwriting, clear communication, and accurate valuation, achieving an average of 100.10% list-to-sale price on listings and negotiating acquisitions at an average of approximately 11% below asking price.

Eric began his career at a leading multifamily brokerage in Los Angeles before being recruited in 2020 to establish Lee & Associates’ first Multifamily Advisory Group in San Diego County. He earned Partner status within his first year and has consistently ranked among top multifamily producers from 2021 through 2024, earning recognition as a San Diego Business Journal 40 Under 40 Next Business Leader and recipient of the Lee & Associates Grinder Award.
