Eric von Bluecher specializes in brokering multifamily real estate investments throughout Southern California since 2013. Eric’s family has had a presence in North San Diego since 1975 through Thoroughbred
Racing at Del Mar. Eric has spent over half his life in North San Diego County, met his wife in Carlsbad and graduated from Cal State University San Marcos. He invests time and effort into continuing education,
data and technology to benefit his clients, and is a contributing member to his local Encinitas, San Diego and Baja Norte community through local organizations: non-profits, local church, Boys and Girls Club and
YMCA Adventure Guides. He is happily married to his wife of 16 years and has two awesome daughters. Eric frequents the beach and mountains with his girls in tow and travels as a family to Mexico and Europe
whenever possible.
CAREER SUMMARY
Eric von Bluecher began his career brokering apartments for a leading firm in Los Angeles in 2013. In 2020, Lee & Associates recruited Eric to open the first Multifamily Advisory Group for Lee & Associates in San Diego County. Due to Eric’s deep ties to San Diego County and North San Diego in particular, the pairing was perfect. Lee & Associates provides Eric, his team and his clients the support and nimbleness needed to succeed in the ever-evolving multifamily market. Within Eric’s first year at Lee & Associates, he generated enough business to earn Partner. Within his second year, he was able begin building a team.
