During his four years there, he concentrated on strategy for optimizing a 22-property portfolio, oversaw leasing activities, and collaborated with various internal teams— including investment sales, capital markets, leasing, asset management, and marketing— to ensure properties were operating efficiently. Additionally, Jake was also a five-year student-athlete at Michigan State University.
