MIAMI, FL (May 7, 2024) Lee & Associates South Florida completed the sale of a four-acre industrial parcel in Lake Worth, Florida. At $6.8 million, the transaction set a new pricing record for the submarket.

Firm President Matthew Rotolante and Associate Rodrigo Calderon successfully listed the 2201 Seventh Avenue North property on behalf of sellers Rolando and Lisa Silva. Roadriver Properties IV, LLC is the buyer. The transaction closed on April 19.

Located within the Lake Worth Park of Commerce immediately south of West Palm Beach, the parcel is zoned for light industrial and potential heavier uses, as well. It benefits from ideal positioning less than a half-mile from I-95 and 6.8 miles east of Florida’s Turnpike.

The buyer is a user. Its plans for the site have not been fully determined.
