MIAMI, FL – April 5, 2025 – President of Lee & Associates South Florida, Matthew Rotolante, SIOR, CCIM, was named a finalist for NAIOP South Florida’s 2025 Awards of Excellence Individual Broker of the Year, recognizing his exceptional transaction activity and leadership during 2024.
Rotolante was one of three finalists selected for the prestigious honor, which was presented as part of NAIOP South Florida’s 48th annual Awards of Excellence reception and dinner on April 3, 2025, at the Marriott Harbor Beach Resort & Spa in Fort Lauderdale. The annual awards program celebrates excellence throughout South Florida’s commercial real estate industry.
