Raphael Safdie serves as Vice President with Lee & Associates South Florida specializing in industrial investment sales, owner-user and industrial leasing throughout South Florida. He works closely with property owners, investors, and businesses to identify opportunities and navigate acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing requirements across the region’s industrial market.

Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Raphael worked as an Associate in industrial brokerage, where he focused on business development, market research, and cultivating relationships with industrial property owners, investors, and businesses. Through this experience, he developed a strong understanding of the fundamentals that drive industrial real estate decisions, from property positioning and market dynamics to ownership objectives, investment considerations, and occupancy requirements.

Early in his brokerage career, Raphael originated a seller relationship through direct outreach that ultimately led to the sale of an 11-building industrial portfolio in Medley, providing him with firsthand experience in originating opportunities and executing complex industrial transactions.

Raphael brings an entrepreneurial, relationship-driven approach to brokerage, leveraging market intelligence, technology, and data-driven research to identify opportunities and create value for his clients. Fluent in English and Spanish, he is well positioned to serve South Florida’s diverse community of industrial owners, investors, tenants, and owner-users.
